This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home with a fenced front yard. The home includes tile flooring throughout with washer and dryer hookups and off street parking. The home is located close to bus routes and the highway for easy access throughout Tucson. This home has swamp cooling.

This home will be available immediately. The rental rate is $795 per month and the security deposit is $895, plus a $150 pet deposit per approved pets. 2 pets OK. Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is $55 per adult. The application process includes credit, criminal, previous rental history, employment and income verification.
