Lease Terms:

Lease to 6/30/2020 or 6/30/2021, no smoking, owner prefers no pets but MAY consider a small, non shedding dog with additional refundable security deposit of $500.00 per pet (max 35 lbs), application and application fee required for all adults. The Security Deposit is the same as the rent + $250 to the HOA as long as there are no pets and everyone's credit is good. Tenant is responsible for HOA charges of a $150 fee to use the elevator when moving in and $150 fee to use the elevator moving out. The HOA also charges a $250 Security Deposit (included in listing). Tenants are responsible for electricity, renters insurance, $10 per month for furnace filters, and abiding by HOA CC&R's.
