Minimum Qualifications

-Household income, before taxes, should be 3 times the rent amount

-Based on rental history, credit score, and landlord references you should be prepared to pay security deposit, first months rent, and last months rent prior to move in

-Should have no evictions in the past 5 years

-Should have no felonies in the past 7 years

-Should not have outstanding utility bills, if so pay-off or payment plan will be required

-Cannot have more than 2 per room

-Once security deposit paid, move-in must be within 40 days

Notes- Single Family Houses require tenants to pay all utilities
