Maximum occupancy is one tenant per unit, no pets. A $450 non-refundable cleaning fee is required. All applicants with a credit score below 600 will be required to sign up for a credit enhancement program. This is offered at an additional charge and applies to all adults applying. All leases are for a 12-month period. Rent and any additional fees are due upon move in.
