Demo work completed; Next we are looking at repairing the entry door and steps, creating 1 bathroom and providing a warm shell space. This work could be completed in a months time.

In order for us to move forward with this work, we are requesting a signed lease, $2,000 security deposit and 3 months of rent up front. We would not charge you rent until you take occupancy (estimate 1 month from start of construction).
