We are offering private, locked bedrooms in updated, clean and bright four-plex units. The common areas are shared in this unfurnished (tenant furnished) 3 bedroom unit. Furnishings in photos may not be current. Please inquire if you have a lot of furniture. There is also a coin-op laundry on site. The well-maintained units are located on the west side of Colorado Springs in a quiet area.
