Penthouse at Edgewater: The Penthouse at Edgewater is newly finished and includes a turret with incredible 180-degree views of the Manistee River and Downtown Manistee! Walk in to the beautiful kitchen with a large center island and top of the line appliances, then move onto the living room with large TV, pull out sofa sleeper for additional sleeping and plenty of comfortable seating. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a large walk-in closet with laundry, an attached bathroom with double sinks, large vanity and stand up tile shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a second full bathroom directly outside.

Parking: One garage spot labeled 15 is available as well as the spot directly in front of the garage stall. The garage space is located to the far west.

EATING

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the supplies you'd need for your getaway including pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils, a keurig coffee maker, and all other major appliances. There are four seats at the kitchen island as well as seating for four at the dining table.

THE LOCATION

Relax on your private patio and watch the freighters come through the channel. For dinner and drinks, head to the new brewery around the corner or cross the bridge into downtown and hit the restaurants and pubs. Downtown Manistee also features boutiques, clothing stores, and a theater. Be sure to walk the river walk down to the beach (about a mile). 5th Avenue Beach is just a few minute's drive away and it's a great spot to relax and play by Lake Michigan. Also, close by are Little River Casino and the beautiful Arcadia Overlook.
